シヴァナンダヨガのダンワンタリアシュラムのインスタで、
右下にいました〜
アドヴァンスの講師養成コース、来年2月です。
私が行ったのはもう5年前になります。
すごくすごく、よかったです。
直感が降りてくる瞬間や、
呼吸がまだまだ入るところがあると気づいたり、
もう何千回？としている太陽礼拝に、まだ新しい発見があったり。
ヨガとは、たとえ日本で講師をしていたとしても、
ずっとどこまでもヨガの練習生だなあ、と嬉しかった思い出があります。
行けるものならまた行きたい。
どっぷり1ヶ月間、また修行に行きたいです。
