For those of you who think so, please meet Prahlada Sensei, who has been practicing Sivananda for 40 years, and feel his energy!
12/8-18 This is your chance to experience Prahlada Sensei's powerful and fun asana classes at 11 venues across Japan, as well as satsanga (meditation & kirtan) and lectures that can only be experienced at ashrams, mainly on weekends!
Acharya Prahlada is the main inspiration and leader of Sivananda Ashram in India.
He has 40 years of experience teaching yoga and a presence as a teacher who is so open-minded, he is the living example of a Yogi in modern society life.
In the Asana class, his ability to accurately discern the student's needs and make adjustments that are minimal yet maximally effective are brilliant.
Narayani Noriko connects Sivananda yoga community all over Japan as a simultaneous interpreter who accompanies courses in India and Thailand every year.
On this tour, she will also answer questions about yoga vacations to ashrams in India that she can go to for short periods throughout the year, Ayurvedic clinics in Indian ashrams, and Sivananda yoga training courses.
